If Monsoon comes, can Durga Puja be far behind?

Yes, the rains mean that those fun-filled five days of Durga Puja are around the corner. 

Like every year, preparations have begun for the Mulund Durga Puja to be held at Kalidas Natya Mandir Complex from 10th to 14th October, 2013. This will be our 28th Durga Puja.

The Invitation Card and the Souvenir Ad Booking Form have been printed. The "Souvenir" is an inseparable part of our autumn celebrations. It is a book that is unveiled during the Durga Puja. It contains details about our programmes, interesting articles and messages from well-wishers. The Souvenir is not sold but distributed among our patrons, visitors and sponsors. Putting your message in the Souvenir is a great way of reaching out to hundreds of people in Mulund & neighbouring suburbs, especially the Bengali-speaking community.

Saraswati Puja on 15 Feb, 2013

Like every year, Bengal Institute of Art & Culture will organise Sarbojanin Saraswati Puja on Vasant Panchami..

Puja starts at 9 am on Friday, 15 Feb, and will be followed by pushpanjali and bhog. There will be an arati in the evening too.

Saraswati is the Goddess of Learning and we are happy to inform you that we'd have an opportunity of some new-age learning at the Puja venue. Gautam Roy, who works for Facebook in the US, will be with us. If you have any technical queries about Facebook usage, he will be available at the venue to take your questions.
